Well, I was avoiding that .

I have really been going through some stuff this past few weeks, actually it started months ago, I just now started dealing with.

I had to look for help outside of just my 12 step program. I spoke with my sponsor, she agreed soemtimes we have to do that.

But now I am doing what is suggested by that outside help, I am learning to take care of myself in a different way and I am proud of myself for that. I still have a long way to go, but I know I am on the right road again .
