| WoooooHOOOO....
I am so happy the Dr. said I don't have carpel Tunnel!!! I have tendinitis. YES... I am so happy but my hand is still sore but at least I know I won't have to have surgery!!! I can live with tendinitus. All I have to do is ice it at night... yesssssssss. NO SUrgery wooohooo.

may not work, but after 2 car crashes & years of dishwashing/house cleaning/ bakeing i had alot of carpel tunnel like stuff.........on either side of your elbows, in the muscle group about an inch or so out see if you can find a tender spot......if so work it, light to big pressure.......it's a point where we get "clogged" & breaking that stuff up was painful but helped ALOT, as did working the entire forearm muscles, we get adhesions that bind the muscles together so that they won't work right anymore & for me it ended up causeing pain in my wrists & hands as well as numbness in the shoulder area & numbness in my hands as well may not be true for you, but just shareing contrates on no surgery & good luck!
