Pauline, I'm working my way through that book about trauma and the bonds they can create. I've got the in-between going on in too many areas at once. High stress. fear=anxiety/depression. I used the anti-anxiety med for ICU. Dressed up in a Christmas green dress beaded in black dangles and went to have Christmas with the Benedictines. OHhhh..there are very good triggers, too!!! At 2 there was an accomplished strings quartet, who, when they opened with the Nutcracker I was a wide eyed child who believed! Magic. There was a worldwide representation of nativites and a reception. My young gym friend, his gf & her little ones-two young girls who loved me for taking them and asked me to be Auntie Tena -trekked to outlying shrines and picniced and then returned to the Archabbey Church for the advent mass, so beautiful and haunting, the monks sang it accompanied by a tremdous pipe organ.I glow with gratitude for this privilege. God's glory shared! My problems can wait until tomorrow. Anns reminded me that yesterday. love to you all, tena |
