I hope you are okay. You have so many concerns going on.

I'm not doing very well. It's very frustrating. The nightmares and anxiety is getting worse and it scares me and I feel helpless. Have been on a crying jag about it.

I laid in bed and took slow, deep breaths when I woke.

Seeing these greetings to me helps.

I am going to get out of myself today, there are two very beautiful Benedictine monasteries near and I am going to the Christmas concerts. I'll bet I'll feel much stonger when I return.

Actually, even though the nightmares are very unsettling and scary, I think it is a good sign. It is a process of integrating some hurtful truths.

Today I really am just trying to cope one day.
Fresh air, beautiful architecture, grand music, and the spiritual surrounding such be good medicine.
I am really wanting to get thro' this without the meds.

I just wanted to send you a hug too! Try to hit that meeting this week. What about recovery reading, are you doing any of that. There is a meeting I love on Sat. nights, last night I could not go, we went to the Portuguese crab feed with some friends. So when I got home, I read one of my recovery books as my sponsor suggested. Just a thought. It helps calm and center my head!
