I just got out of treatment 2 days ago, I was in there for 162 days. I have some family support and only 1 sober friend so I'm needing all the support I can possably get. I'm 22 and a single mom struggling to make it if any one has been in the same situation or simular that has some suggestions on how to do it I'm open for all suggestions that could help my recovery out. Tanya, Welcome to SR. and to Women in Recovery forum. We've all been in a similar situation at one time or another. Have you gone to any meetings yet? That's a good place to start. Keep posting here and reading the boards and you will pick up alot of suggestions. I'm sure the others will be along soon to welcome you too.

Hi Tanya, Welcome! This is a great place for support. I'm much older, married and have 2 grown kids, but the journey is still the same. Take care of yourself and keep posting.

Welcome, Tanya. Congrats on your recovery time. I've heard it said over and over that the most important thing to do right out of rehab is go to meetings, meetings and more meetings. Immerse yourself in the recovery community as soon as possible and as often as possible. And, if you have children, many meetings let you bring them along. Glad you're here. Phinny
