It has already been a long day for me. I babysat for my sis in law today. A 1 yr old and almost 4 yr old (goin' on 15) and my 3 yr old. So I had my hands full for 5 hours. I came home vaccumed, picked up laundry and livingroom. I want a shower and can't have one just yet. I don't trust my 3 yr old by herself. She's just into too many things and has CHEWED my cord for my mouse, so she can't be left alone at this point. My sis in law had my favorite kind of beer in her fridge which was a kind of torture! I am going to have to tell her to remove it next time because well, that was my drink of choice and I don't need that around! My husband still drinks remember but it isn't what I prefer so it doesn't bother me. Is it possible to be too busy? I am going to try to just kick back the rest of the day and hopefully I'll be able to relax. It was really hard having that beer staring at me.

It's SO important to take time for yourself. That's something I learned the hard way. Hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

I'm with Anna on that - you definitely need to take some healthy time for yourself if you can. I am finding that that's something I really, really need and cherish. Way to go on not drinking the beer! That's a tough situation to be in when you're having cravings. Pat yourself on the back!

After I wrote you guys I had a bit more crap to deal with but about 4 I got a shower and shaved my legs, put on my jammies and had some hot camomile tea. Nice!! Now I am watching my favorite shows, then plan on going to bed. So, Yeah I took some time for myself today. I have more time on my hands these days it seems. HUmmmm think it is because I am not 'busy' drinking?? LOL
