| Heavy Heart, Foggy Head
Good Morning Ladies, I have been trying to write all morning I'd start then stop 'cause I just don't know where to start!!!! Well first of all I could sure use some help on mending an aching heart. Life is so crazed I keep thinking it has to get better that something is going to change for the best and than wham something like losing my best friend (in a fight) happens. Now here is my cry for your help I so badly want to not feel any pain but I even more badly don't want to be at the bottom of a bottle to not feel it. So as I sit in my office with only four walls for company, jumping everytime the phone rings thinking it might be my best friend I have alot of time to think so can you give me something to work with I'm dying here. |

What a bad turn of events......I am so sorry. Drinking again will o only depress you more.... it will not help. Prayers for c comfort coming your way. Hugs.

Yes, finally a response!!! Thank you so much Carol I needed that!!! And you are so right as we all know alcohol to be a depressant so I'll just end up feeling even sh#$*@! than I do now!!! I also have to remind myself that even if I drink the problems will still be there tomorrow, the hurt, the worries, the disappointments, etc. so all I will end up doing is adding a "hangover" to my list!!! I also have to remind myself that someone else is in control and what is meant to be is meant to be and if I just ACCEPT the things I cannot change and work on what I can there will be light at the end of my tunnel!!!
