| Has anyone read Dr Phil's "Family First"
And if so, what did you think about it? Is it worth a good read?

I haven't read it...I was hoping you would be giving me an idea of whether I wanted to read it... sorry.

I think I'm going to see if it's at my local library as funds are a bit tight, so I wouldn't be able to buy it right now. If I read it, I'll definitely share my opinions about it with you!

I read it and it's Very repeditive. Common sense would tell you everything that he preaches. I think it's good only if you are a VERY dysfunctional family. It's not for everyone and he mentions continuously about the way HE raised HIS kids, well sorry but I am not him and some of his ways are plain old wierd. That's my opinion. I did read James Frey's "A million little pieces and My friend Leonard" and I really enjoyed those. **** four stars! |
