| It's so good to be back
Hi everyone It's so good to log in and to see so many familiar names. I haven't been to this site for many months - and staying sober. Until 4 days ago. Just shy of two years, and had another relapse. Second relapse in four years. And as we all know, we'll keep making the same mistakes and repeating the same cycle unless we do something different. I have many theories on why I relapsed, but none of them really matter. What matters is that I didn't give up and that I came back. I feel almost that I need to explain my withdrawal from this board, but of course I do not. I guess I'll just start doing the right things again and hopefully I won't become complacent this time. I really look forward to posting again - I remember how much wisdom and guidance was freely given to me, on many occasions. Love, Rowan |

Rowan!! I was so excited to see your name. Welcome back. I'm not one to say that it is OK that you relapsed, because it's not. But, It is absolutely AWSOME that you came back. Stick and stay this time. You also helped us. Love ya Laurie

Glad you made it back, as we know some don't. Just keep doing the next right thing, one day at a time.
