Coming our of the hole...is the hardest thing I have ever attempted. No one knows!! Not my family, not my friends, not even my doctor!!! Everyday I tell myself this is the day...and everynight I tell myself I'll start tomorrow. I hurt!!

Tell us a little more about yourself. You said no one knows, can you tell someone, do you have a friend that you can confide in? Someone to put there arms around you? What about meetings in your area, can you attend a meeting?

I know I am hitting you with alot of questions, I know what the hurt feels like, I have been there before. I don't want you to feel that hurt any longer - but you have to make the step yourself and posting here is heading in the right direction.

Keep posting, and tell us more - we are all friends here and we care for each other. This is a great place to let out what you feel and get support.

I hope to hear more from you soon.

I know exactly what you mean about coming out of that hole. I've had a hole to hide in most of my life. I know this sounds corny, but coming out of that hole, is like coming from a really dark space into the sunshine. At first the light hurts your eyes. After you get used to it though, you see all kinds of things you'd never seen before. Maybe, not all beautiful, but many are.

Welcome!! You have made a great step by coming to this forum. I know how it is to be in that hole. You think you feel safe and comfortable but in reality it is a dangerous hole waiting to suck you up. It is very scary coming out into the light but after you come out the gifts you will get back and the friends you will make is incredible. Unfortunately life is never without problems but we can learn how to deal with them and be happy.
