Made my first physical therapy appointment today. Trying to figure out the causes of some of my pain. So far they are saying they think I have hip dysplasia and my right shoulder needs 'pulled up" LOL!! I don't know yet how they intend to do that..but it sounds painful..yikes!! I have a headache from all the moving and poking and twisting...but I am starting to DO something about it all....so one step at a time...they don't know yet the cause of my lower back pain......going to focus on the shoulder and hips first. I am so blessed to finally have health insurance..it's been so many years of just suffering through everything. I know so many have to do the same.....it's tough.

Anyways...just wanted to report I am getting out and getting things attended to. Pray I stay strong with not treating the pain with any narcotic....I worry about the migraines and the pain getting worse during the therapy....I can handle alot of pain..but sometimes ya just want it to stop sooo bad. I have no plans of getting or even asking for any narcotic..but I know how an addict mind works and just want to make sure I don't fall for any old mental twists still left in my head!

LOL....Jamie...the only place I am 'moving' is forward!!LOL....unless of course our tax problem doesn't go away and they sell the house!...yikes!! I am dealing with life head on now...it's slow progress in my mind, there is soooo much I really want and need to do..but what is important is that I am DOING the best I can. I expect so much out of myself, I am learning to just do what I can..and let the rest fall into place....

Oh I bet that Easton is a lil heartbreaker!!! I still have to send him something....it will happen...LOL..I am terribly slooow in some things. Give that baby boy a huge hug and lots of kisses for me. How are YOU doing my friend? I think of you often and hope you are doing alright.

Jamie, glad you're here and that the baby is doing well.

Tammie, maybe if they can improve the problem with your hips then your lower back will stop hurting. It could be that your hips are throwing your back off a bit so that it causes pain. Maybe... Anyways, glad to hear about the therapy.

Jaime, go to www. imageshack.us you can have it hosted and just copy the second link they give you when it's done uploading. Very easy to use. When you get to the main page click on "browse" find your file and "host it", voila, your done, just copy it and paste it here... or like the old day's you can email it to me. *LOL*

Thanks guys........Chy the dog is as wild as ever!! Man oh man..she keeps me going. She has better days though she is slowly learning her manners! Will have to get a pic posted...I don't know how to downsize it..and I have to develop the film first anyways..I am a terrible procrastinator!! Will post as soon as I can........

Oh ladies..my heart is heavy today...I had a talk with the kids teacher..the pastor will be there next week...then I can talk with him...I had a severe panic attack on the way..but I stood my ground. It seems like every area of my life from family issues to finances is being attacked and tested. I am standing my ground with every one of them........it is sooo sad. I am a sucker for a sob story! My brother called lats night to borrow $3 for cigs..told him NO! My mom called..your brother just called..wanted $3 for his womans copay for medicine...LOL....always excuses and made up lies.lies about reasons for the money to things about my family..........I won't be pulled into their madness anymore though..it just hurts so bad to see such insanity...and them doing nothing to change their life around..except backstab and borrow money.
I really hate that my kids have to experience such dysfunction and have no extended family that is stable enough to look up to...I am barely stable myself..LOL..but I do try.

Anyways...enough of the sadness..It is beautiful out today..if a bit cold....but blue skies and sunshine always cheer me up. Take care ladies and have a great day!!!

um Chy? ive been trying to upload an image for the pets thread in GR, I went to image shack, got it hosted...then what to I do? i tried pressing 'copy' then 'paste....it didnt work, would give me an idiots guide? thanks so much!!
