Hangin, Where are you ? Are you ok? I hope so. I tried to private mail but could not get through. My dad died and I feel like a jombie. I want to isolate but to be honest I don't think I will come out if I go in. So I am attemting to push through. There are so many responsibilities. Thank God that the program has tought me to change what I can and leave the rest. This is really hard. My erase button is on, but don't worry I'm not going to pick up. Sobriety is the best thing I have.I hate to admitt I am in so much disarray in my mind. I pray that you are ok and sober. Respond soon ok.

Thank you guys for your support.
I have been going to meetings more and feel much better.
Although there is this pulling feeling of woe that I can't get rid of for anything. I guess that's what they call grief. Anyway the responsibilitie is so large and for an alcoholic like me that means caution, so I am beimg careful and doing things one at a time.
