| New Kid in Town
Hi everyone, I'm a new kid on the block. I live in northern NH, and I've been sober for 15 years. I was mostly a drunk, but had some substances thrown in for good measure. I've tried other recovery forums, but found them too dogmatic and humorless. This place is great! Thanks for being here - and happy sober/clean New Year!  spork (who is a female, btw  )

Welcome spork! You are absolutely right!! This is a wonderful site filled with much fun, caring and wisdom. This was the very first site I found when I needed a little more recovery spirit. It is also the best site I found. I always start my day here at SR and it helps me get focused on the day ahead. Looking forward to hearing some of your ES&H in the near future. cj |
