| Just a little update.........
Wow..........I have missed you all so much. I have been staying extremely busy and dealing with some severe anxiety/panic attacks. Still sober............and moving forward. Found out a couple weeks ago I will be having health insurance. Very grateful and excited to finally be able to address some health problems that have been a great hindrance in my life. Kinda scared about some of the stuff I am facing.but I will face it all, head on...and have faith that the best outcome will be. I really do not like doctors..LOL...(weird for a prescription addict to say huh?) Anyways....I hope all of you are doing well and keeping the faith. I think of you all often...you hold avery special place in my heart. If not for this site...I wouldn't be typing these words today. I am sure of it. Love you guys. Take care now. (((((((((((((((((Huge Hugs))))))))))))))))))))))  P.S. My Shepherd is doing great!! Calming down and is a real angel. Am soooo glad I got her. It forces me out the door...and actually is helping somewhat my agoraphobia. Will try and post a pic of her soon.

That is great, just to hear you are going out the door makes me smile. I am proud of you lady.

Hi Tammie, It's so good to hear from you and that things are going well for you. I'm glad about the health insurance. I don't like doctors either, but it's something we have to do and I'm sure it will go well for you. And, aren't pets the best! They give us so much and ask for so little. Love, Anna

Hi, 2stop. Jojo, pill addict and dog fanatic here. Thought I'd introduce myself and hopefully make a new friend. I'd love to see a pic of your shepherd. I have two little boys-- 4-legged, floppy ears, of course, who are the loves of my entire life. They get me out of the house too. I actually enjoy walking them because they get so much enjoyment from it. It's great to watch. And they are so in the moment, you know? I can learn lots from them. I am glad you are doing well. Keep up the great work!! jojo |

Hi tams!! So happy to hear from you and to hear that you are moving forward so positively. Its the only way to go huh? Arent dogs the best? I have brown lab, Dylan (after Bob! my hero!) and he is soooo loving, but soooo naughty.He eats everything, he is a walking wheelie bin. But he is a great komfort to me when im alone, as I live in a very 'rough' area. I feel safe out with Dylan. The 'Guys' see ive a big fierse looking dog with me (most of them dont seem to realise what labs are really like...soppy!!) and leave me alone. Keeping fighting the good fight tammie!! love and hugs from akross the pond!!  |

It is so great to hear from you all. I am going to try and get on here more often. I love this place.and owe it(you all) so much! Hope all have an awesome day. Hang in there everybody.....we CAn make it, and we are. I have figured out two simple rules for my life. 1. When you fall..........get back up. 2.
