(((((((((((Hugs All))))))))))

Miss you too my friend.

Am doing well. Busier than ever now. Have a new memeber of the fa,ily..An 8 month old German Shepherd. She is something..but so beautiful. I am in love.

Have had a huge strugle with my panic disorder these past few months..but am coming out of it now. The dark before the dawn I believe it was.....I am truly learning the one day at a time thing with the agoraphobia..was so scared for awhile that I had beat a 20 yr addiction only to be taken down by the panic attacks. It is getting better. Training my new dog is a great help...helps reinforce the process idea...can't have immediate results with everything and looking for it is only an addictive trait IMO anyways...so each day I do what I can and let the rest fall where it may.... very releasing when I think that way. Let's go of so much tension. I think tension is what used to drive me though...LOL..sometimes it is weird being calm and in control of my faculties...but I much prefer it to my old way of being.

Well, hope you are well my friend. I think of you and the others every day. HUgs and prayers coming your way.

Hi Tammy,

I'm so glad to hear you're doing fine. And, there's nothing like a pet, especially a beautiful German Shepherd puppy to keep you on track.

Love, Anna

Thanks for all the kind words and positive encouragement. It was all of you that helpd me and supported me in getting this far. I would have never dreamt it possible to be sober and free..but how grateful I am to be so.

if I could ask for some prayers about something I would so appreciate it. I don't know if you all remember but I have an ex femme fatale girlfriend in TX that caused some serious pain and serious trouble in my life, very dangerous behaviours. Anyways...my brother in law gave her my home number...again..and last week when I was down sick with the flu she called and was talking to my daughter...my son came and told me. Her and her daughter have carried on before about how they want to take my daughter to Houston, and it does scare me. She has a sick attraction to me...told my daughter she loved me...said her daughter was pregnant....said the fathers name was..coincidentally I don't know but said my husbands name...that bothers me not because I think my hubby cheated..but because when she was 15 she had a crush on my husband and caused some real trouble...Oh man. I am going to have the number changed but am just worried she may try and come up here one day...she used to always to tell me how I was her drug..she couldn't make it without me...but the last year I was around her she and her daughter lived in my home and the tricks she pulled were nothing short of insane. She is with a dope dealer/prison snitch that is always being followed and used by the DEA....just not people you want around ya know? I wish I could help people like that..but I can't...and I just want it to go away. She is a stranger to me now..but obviously she is obsessed with me.

Anyways, sorry to go on and on about this. Just needed to get it out, off my chest and out of my head. I know it will all work out, just sometimes you want to forget..and hope the other person will too.

Have a great day you all. ASm busy writing and working with my new dog....she is quite the strong willed one! LOL..I think I have finally met my match!

Love ya all...........((((((((((((((((Hugs)))))))))))))))) )
