I went for another iron infusion today. My hemoglobin has been holding at 12 where it is supposed to be, but my Iron store is depleted. So another iron infusion to boost it. Anyway, they check you vital signs, including weight, and I LOST 18 POUNDS!!!

Ha ha ha ha...... I am soooooo happy!!!

I looked in the mirror when I got home, (I haven't done that in a long time) and I thought "Holy crap batman!!" I can actually see a major difference. Now I am motivated to lose the other 40 pounds that needs to come off.

I don't think I want to get on the scale today. I went on a peanut butter cooking binge this afternoon. Sometimes I think those things are more addictive than dope. lol

I may become an even bigger loser.

The women I work with do contests a couple times a year. and the next one starts this month. It is a diet contest for 7 weeks. Each person pays $15 and the one who loses the most weight at the end of the 7 weeks, gets all the money. They are also giving weekly incentive prizes as well.

It starts on Oct. 21, wish me luck.
