Anne- I could be in better shape...I have been working on my diet. I have the exercise thing down. lol
Today I took my vitamins, walked 3 miles & weights etc., and making sure I am drinking a lot of water.
Water, exercise, and vitamins . . . yep. The basics are good.
I'm a depressive and could hear that dang old "black dog" barking in the distance. Consequently I hooked my computer to the television and did an hour of yoga . . . it helped.
Also I made my favorite kinda thai chicken and veggie dish for lunch.
I've been doing pretty well at water and taking vitamin D. Some years ago I found myself taking 3 hour naps and had a blood test. Yep low vitamin D. It is so simple to take and I don't take those long naps anymore.
