| Had my cards read
I descided to have a reading done on me. Wouldn't you know my self card was the devil and all the cards around it were about light and one with a women and a young girl on a boat. As I read it I almost hit the floor. It the devil card said something to the fact of me struggling with addiction and pulling myself out of depression. Then the one with the child said It was me and my child looking for a new life together going to a better place where happiness is. All the others focused on positive light. Everything that happens in my future will be good and full of light and energy. I was floored. At first I was nervous when my self card was devil but when I read about me being depressed and searching to find a freedom a freedom I once knew. That I am struggling with addictions and obsessions. It just really floored me How much it related to me. Wow, I just thought it hit home.It sure makes me feel more hopeful. With all the light cards surrounding my self card it just seemed so positive. I don't much believe in it or totally understand the readiings but I understood this one so well. Hope I walk into positive light and freedome soon.

I have done a few readings on line..the rune ones and some tarot...many were relevant....but what I have found is this..if we want the light and the happiness we better find it from within, believe we already possess it and embrace it...then everywhere we walk.....our light is with us no matter the circumstance. The readings are fun to do though...some are quite eerie! (((((((((Big Hugs))))))))))

Something Interesting. Feeling better each day,I read my horoscope and it told me that I am going to feel better over the next few days. Finally coming out of some bad feelings. Also told to take it slow and not to rush everything into one day because it may bring me back into a tired and doomed feeling. These things(reading, cards ect.)are blowing my mind at how much they relate to me. I am not always a believer but it sure is becoming difficult not to believe...

Bubblze- I am with 2 stop. Also ppl who seek readings most likely do have problems so it is not too far of a streach for the suggestion to be that things will get better and that the person being read is the devil in their life..... Becarefull!!!!

Becareful? Becareful of what? Its just a silly reading that just so happen to match me on these two specific occasions. I don't live by it. I just happend to read it and it related to me. I don't pay for it. Its free. I am not sure what I need to be careful about. Help me understand. ?signed confused?

While I enjoy tarot readings and rune readings and astrology in general...what I watch for is for instance..if my horoscope or reading says good fortune and happiness is coming soon...I laugh about it and say...only if I make the choices to have it be so..if "I" decide to be happy..I will....if "I" decide to work hard, get an education or training...I will most likely have good fortune.... If I were to get into a mind set of 'let's wait and see...for me it would undermine everything I have learned about recovering from an addiction, and just living life to the fullest. I have to make the choice to be happy, fulfilled, or free.....I like astrology for the insight into personalities and behaviour patterns more than for the psychic/fortune telling part of it...but at tmes it is tempting for me to say....Oh I can't wait to see what happens...maybe, perhaps, hopefully.....I try really hard to say more action words..like I will, I can, I have....... just my two cents!!!

I agree you gotta be carefull but ialso like to read my horoscope in the paper..Where i used to work{small diner} ..I had a guy bring me the paper every saturday morning just so i could read the horoscope of the regulars...LOL..I dont live my life by it but i think its fun ..there were times when i would just be blown away at how close it was to things that were going on in my life at the moment!!!
