| Pardon me...
... but I have to tell this story. I feel that if I don't I will just bust a gut and this is the only place I can tell it. I'm moving my business. I have a warehouse full of costumes and things for making them. Tonight we're moving the fabric. I had one huge old trunk full of wool and I was doing my "I am woman hear me roar" routine and loading it onto the truck by myself. I tipped it up on the tailgate and started to shove. Fine and dandy. But the trunk is ancient and the latches aren't so good and one popped open, the lid opened, closed and it latched back shut. Not so weird. But it happened just as I was pushing forward and when the lid came down, it closed on the puppy's nose, if you know what I mean. And latched. The sound I made was something like "ewp". My brother was there, but how do you explain to your brother that you are in such a predicament? LOL Anyway, I got myself out and the puppy did not suffocate. I will not be making a career of this moving stuff. LOL!

Oh Smoke, I don't know whether to laugh or cry...so I guess a bit of both. That's too funny! Having made a career of moving (hubby's ex-military) I know how things like that happen. Good luck with the moving! Love, Anna

Pup whines a little but I'm sure she'll be fine. :wink2: I do have to be careful what leashes I use.
