Great fireworks

Despite my thread on my ex. Me and my daughter had a hell of a day. First we had to go food shopping. It was wicked hot here. Then we walked to the public pool and stayed until five. Then we came home and ate and went to the fireworks. I bought her some junk stuff. We had a blast. We brought a sheet and laid on the grass. It was a spectacular show. I couldn't of asked for more. The band was great. See they do it in a big park and have a orchistra and everything. It was just an amazing night all in all. We did not get home until eleven which I also remind you we walked there and back. Was a couple miles at least. So I got alot of exersize. It was just a great time. Even though it was only me and her we had the best time. I am just so greatful to be in recovery. There were drunks all over. They more then likly won't remember but I will. I didn't think of a drink. Well for a second then I was greatful I didn't. It was just a great night. I hope all of you had a good night and it was spent clean and sober. If you did not do anything yet I hope if you do this weekend it goes as well as mine did. Happy Fourth.I woke up with the tightest and most painful back.It hasn't hurt like that in a while. All the walking and playing had to catch up with me. Who cares it was fun.

July is such a great month for worcester. We had the fourth. Then this weekend we have summer nationals. Where cars from all over come to do burnouts and theres a car show and a pagent. The city blocks off the main street and they do burnouts for hours. We are going there to (if my back feels better soon OUCH!!). Then on the fourteenth of july we have the italian festival down the street from my house. They have a carnival dancing and raffles and the best food you can ever imagine. From calimari to lasagne. It is going to be great.

Sounds like fun bubblze..I am glad to hear you got out and had a god time with your daugher...We will be going to the fireworks tomorrow night...Hubby had to go out of town..A very dear friend of his had a terrible accident last fri..He just found out today..He left this evening..So it will be me and the kids and {sons girlfriend] havin a lil cookout..then off to see the fireworks..I hope you have a hapy fourth as well!!!

So glad you had such an awesome time!! That Italian festival sounds awesome. Our fireworks are tonight. Had a carnival next door to our house all week...had a really good time with my kiddo's.

Thanks all. I never even thought of myself as independent. Just seem to move along with the flow of life. Thanks for helping me recognize how independent I am. Gave mme a good feeling. Well off to the pool. She wants to stay all day. I will be toast by then LOL. Happy Fourth ladies.
