having trouble getting going

my parents are out of town and im all by my lonesome. they will be back shortly, but i am just ... not doing very well. i have had a lot of thoughts about stuff and i just feel like a failure. i slept in today instead of going to work on time. and theres not much going on this weekend that i can participate in because i really dont want to get arrested or have the pleasure of having a cop search all of my stuff just because ... and my mom called and was worried that i would go and get arrested and i said, "no ill just stay here and do whatever". AND IT REALLY SUCKS! on top of that i lost my motivation for work. this happens every couple weeks and i just plug along and do the best i can. i dont know what im going to do this weekend other than sit around and wait until my mom gets back. mostly, im afraid of being alone. its scary! i get jumpy and have to be home before dark, except after bible study this week i got in late and almost peed my pants!

well, thanks for listening. i will rock on. i think i will rock out on the drums this evening or something.

((((kel)))) thanks kel! youve brightened my spirits. i just wish i had friends that were not into drinking or things that could get me in lots of trouble, but theyd only get a warning or something. they arent addicts, theyre just ... normal people who drink and party but also do things clean and sober like go to church and i go to church with them but ...

Hi ya Dot! Sounds like a plan keeping yourself out of trouble. Life sometimes is very borning. I with you in hating to be by myself at night! When I was single it use to frighten me pretty bad. I always slept with the phone next to me. I don't know what to say about your job. Just think though after you graduate,you can get a better job. As for be going to an office everyday,it use to drive me nuts and I loved when I got to go out when it was requered for field work! I'm just not a sit down job type of person I'm too hyper. Lots of people are like that Dot. As for me this weekend, I plan of doing boring cleaning (it's spring cleaning time again) and plant some flowers. Not an exciting life I'm afraid, but it keeps me out of trouble

I feel this same way when my hubby and kids go out of town to see his family...i usually end up in big trouble..Dont do it girl!!!Its not worth it!!!
Keep yourself busy....Enjoy the peace and quiet..go to work and do what your suppose to do..yo know you will feel better in the longrun...

Dot hope you made it through alright. I am sorry I wasn't here for you. I know how you feel being alone. Just when you get into these situations. Think of how fart you have come. How many demons you have conqured. the positive things in your life. School. You are doing so good you dont want to lose these things. You also can come in here and post, post, post. There is usually always someone in here. Is there any positive people in your area you can hook up with that won't get you into trouble. You have come so far don't give it all up. Hope you are feeling better today. If you overcame these fears it will make you stronger for next time you are alone. Each time it will get easier and easier as it has for me.
