I can accept myself today, I can love who I am, I do love who I am exactly the way I am. I will be less harsh on myself about my weight. I will continue to stay clean and sober a day at a time. I will alow people into my life without fears and thinking they want something other then friendship. Wow these are some strong ones today. I am getting better everyday. WWWHHHOOOOHOOOOO. LOL

I am a very honest trustworthy person with great ideas and knowledge of recovery. I have the potential to continue to learn more everyday. I love myself exactly the way I am at this moment of my life. I have the power to be positive and use positive thoughts to get me through the days weather good or bad. I am beautiful inside and out. with positive thoughts come positive outcomes come a positive life style. Who would have ever thought I would be sitting here sweating my butt of with no money for an A.c or fan for that matter and be happy. I am happy wow never thought the day would come the my misery will be defeated by my happiness. Thank you S.R. Thank you recovery. Thank you higher power.

This is an excellent thread Bubblzes! Positive affirmations have helped me so much in reprogramming all the erroneous thought patterns that kept me chained to addiction and in self sabotage mode for many many years. Today I have choices and options...I am only as stuck as I think I am. Today I have the opportunity to serve others, to share with them, care about them, and support them...in doing so I help myself just as much. It is a win-win situation. Today I will be grateful....I will be in awe of all the beauty around and in me.

I must stay positive no matter what. I will overcome any problems that come into my life. I am a strong person. I have the strength to stay clean and sober. I will continue to love myself. I can accept myself for who I am and enjoy being with me.

Have we fell off the positive affirmation wagon ladies. We must stay positive for positive things to happen. I have learned when I am miserable. More misery follows however when I continue positive affirmations even tough situation no matter how scary seem to be not so bad. I can make bad situations good. I can stay clean and sober with footwork. I accept me for me and nothing more. I have alot of respect for myself and others. I can and will continue to be a good mom.

|  Hello my fellow Godess'sI missed this thread while gone. i'm not a big talker, prefer simpler things. Positive affirmations work for me. Today I wallow in the pride and pleasure I got this past week watching my son recieve top honors while graduating from jr.high. I must have done something right....I can't be all that bad of a mom. |

| Bubblz is it just you and I trudging the path to positive feelings about oneself?  I only have one affirmation today and I will kick myself in the butt if I don't do it...  Today I am going to do the friggin' pilates with Denise austin. |

I dont need a mans approval to feel good about myself!!!! I am gonna be a great mom today!!! I am gonna spend quality time with my kids if i get lonely!!! I am not gonna smoke soooo many ciggzz i am beautiful no matter what my size{bubblze} I need to say ditto good one for me to think about also... size 12 used to be a 5/6...
