Good Morning renee and welcome to SRF. Congrats on your 11 months. You must be doing something right if you are clean that long!!!! Someone will come along and help you find a meeting where your at. After you find a meeting, you go and get phone numbers of women. Just ask or say "your new to the meeting and wish to have phone numbers to build up a support system" after that you might find a sponcer or might not. Just take it a step at a time. me personally sometimes go to meetings for a while, then stop. I come here to get my support at times and sometimes I wing it alone. Keep posting and welcome again!!!!

Hi and welcome to SR - Congrats on your 11 months, great job! We are all friends here helping each other stay clean and learning how to life and enjoy life. We welcome getting to know you with open arms. I went to the NA site http://www.na.org/ and did a search for meetings within 20 miles of Calgary. I don't know where you are or how far any of these meetings are but here is a list I got. Also if you have transportation issues you can call you NA hotline and talk to someone about getting a ride. Good luck and I look forward to getting to know you better. Hi Renee You have stumbled onto one of the best sites I have ever found on my P.C. I have over 3 yrs and want to tell you this site has helped me continue in recovery along with other tools as well. There are a great bunch of ladies in here. they also have online meetings to get you started until you find some around you(if there are any) so please stay with us. i am helped by new comers and old timers as well. So welcome to S.R. Stick around we have alot to learn from one another. Glad to meet ya and hope to hear from you again. I come in everyday for a quick time just to see any new posts and post myself. It truely is a blesssing.
