New Meds!

I took my first Wellbutrin today, and so far no panic attacks. Maybe I found the right meds for once. Becky has decided to keep the bottle until it's time for my next one, god I love her for that. I have to go to my Rape Counsleing later. I'm feeling up & down & all over. I sat down last night & my HP came to me. Finally she came to me. Maybe it's a sign that it's time to move on with life.

Krystal, it sounds like things are moving right along. The right med can make so much difference. And, your 'mood-swings' about the counselling is to be expected. It's a pretty scary thing, but you're going to do just fine. And, I hope you begin to feel some relief, my friend.

Thanks for the Hugs Paulie. I apperciate them I feel like a differant person, like I can just sit back & relax, like I know everything is going to work out someday. I just gotta keep working on me. And keep faceing the challenges as they come.

Krystal, do you know how awesome you are??? Very brave lady you are, and I mean that too. You're gonna do great, that's a good attitude you got going! You are working through a process, and step by step you'll make it, and become truly empowered in your life. I learnt a thing or two about the process of healing today...I had my mind set yesterday for my Big Cosmic Plan to walk out my door today and look for work, battle the agoraphobia and get a life...all in a day trip!! I forgot about process, and time, I just wanted the pain to stop, and to function like I used to......I realize now I can't hurry it, step by step is all we can do, You help me Krystal....you help me realize it's progress, not perfection, it's a process, not a day trip to gain serenity and resolve issues. Love ya girl....proud of ya too............

Thank you 2stop. As my therapist says, it's not the ending, it's the trip getting there that shows your true self. Progress is a step by step thing, it's not a one day deal. If you want it, you gotta work for it. And sometimes the work takes years. But someday it'll all work out in the end

In my teens I worked more therapy and had so many "progressive" and "new" "experimental" therapies, I thought it would surely kill me.Before I was 19, I had been hispitalized almost a dozen times....some commitments, some voluntary...this was when I began my spiritual journey, all in all it has helped me immensely, but I still fall, and lose my faith...but these are also the times I grow the most spiritually too. You are gonna do great krystal, and I am gonna get back up again too. I have a saying since I was a teen, "I may have fallen a thousand times.....but I have picked myself up a thousand and one...."
