Hi kmeeks21.....at 90 days the reality of my sobriety sunk in and I felt like I was going through a divorce. I got sad. I got mad. I felt sorry for myself. I cried. But I got through it, and so will you. Keep talking to people here about it. There is not a one of us that hasn't experienced what you are feeling. 90 days is a milestone!! Keep up the good work.

Hi and Welcome, I think it's normal to miss the drugs/alcohol that we came to love and depend on in our lives. It's a big loss. I wonder what changes you've made in your life since you began recovery? Have you started to do things that fill you with joy and made you feel good about yourself? |
