Thinking about you...how are you getting along? Is the pain any better or is it still pretty difficult? And, how are you doing emotionally? This has been such a setback for you, but I know you're strong enough to get through it!

The pain is constant but more or less tolerable.I imagine it serves the purpose of reminding me to take it easy.I was reading that chronic pain depletes serotonin,which wreaks havoc with depression.That would explain why I haven't been quite as chipper lately...lol.

I am a bit shaky emotionally.My insurance company is giving me a runaround,telling me that my full coverage pays everyone's medical expenses but mine.They say they thought I had other medical insurance ...but that's BS.I talked to an attorney yesterday,and he seems pretty confident that he can get me a settlement,but it will take time.

Meanwhile,I am just trying to focus on the good things.I have good friends looking after me,and I am ok just for today.
