| Out of the mouths of babe's, well ok teens
Well I have faced my first holiday without using! Yeah, me! I cooked a huge meal for my family and friends. My son came in about 2 hours before dinner and said...."hey mom whats up?" I was sitting in the living room visiting I looked at him and asked "What do you mean?" He and his sister both chimed in, "yea the kitchen is clean and the food is cooking and everything is so calm, What's up with that?" At first it didn't dawn on me and then I knew.....Mom wasn't stoned and drunk! We all enjoyed a great dinner and good company. What a difference. I didn't think I saw a difference in me, now I understand....Others will notice and let me know what they see when the time is right. Mary |

Hey Mary, that's great. It's so good to have the hard work appreciated by the ones we love, even though we are doing this for ourselves. It sounds like you had the best Thanksgiving! Love, Anna |

Awesome, Mary!! Its so nice to be present to the moment especially with loved ones. They sure appreciate it too. Its always a suprise when someone close to me says that they notice a difference in me, that they see me changing. I guess I don't see it as easily as they do and its good to be reminded. Amy
