Oh man, right when I "get a hold" of myself what happens?? My enclosed porch/office has water dripping all along the side of the room!! I can't call anyone, we're broke this week...don't want to call my husband on the road and make his day even more stressful, he hasn't been able to sleep much this week..I put some buckets and pails down and have mopped up the overflow...I am praying for patience right now, but feel like flippin out..LOL...maybe I'll get my umbrella out and start singing in the rain!! LOL....okay..I am going to go and think of a plan....

Wish i could help you in some way! were you able to move things so that nothing will be damaged? when will man be home?? Old blankets...that's all I can come up with!!

Hi Tammie - welcome to life on life's terms!

When you say it's enclosed, do you mean it juts out from the main part of the house? If so, is there any way you can get a tarp to put over it temporarily just to divert the water? Water leaks are a bear to deal with and I hope you can get it fixed up soon.

Hey Margo! I hear ya..I was just thinking that myself..Life on life's terms. It'll be okay though. I just tend to flip out initially since getting clean, and had to regroup and make a plan.

You can also go to the dollar store and get the plastic drop cloths and duck tape to put a temp fix on it! I have yet to go check out my basement. they guy fixed the gutters,but I saw water dripping though! My husband wants the guy to fix what we paid him to do, but my husband knows how to do it,so shame on him!!!
