I get my paycheck direct deposited.Called to check my balance to find out how much I made this pay period.All that was deposited was 28 dollars and change.That's for 2 weeks work.I am telling myself that there has to be a logical explanation,some sort of mistake,and it will be straightened out.

But really...I just want to scream

I have a rainy day fund,but this is more like a flood :rain

OOOOOOOoooooo! I would have paniced myself! I have direct deposit also and if that's what I found.....I would have defiinately been jumping and freaking!! I only get paid once a month.

Good luck on getting it straightened out.

Gazooks!!!!!!!!! I'd be making phone calls and yelling!!! We get direct depost too and it's good for some things bad for others. We are horrible keeping track of stuff,but we need to change banks because ours always messes up and it's hard to prove,so no we have to change direct deposet and that takes like almost two weeks to move everything. Good luck and I sure hope it's a "trick" and you get some money in today!!!

Phoenix, hopefully this is a nasty Hallowe'en prank and the mistake will be straightened out. Could just be a computer error and you can sort it out today. Sorry it's shaking you up!

Breathing a sigh of relief....wheeeewww...lol.

I work two jobs.Both pay every other Friday...on alternate Fridays.Only one direct deposits.I had my pay dates mixed up.The direct deposit is not until next week.I'm sure glad I checked with the bank before I called the payroll office in a panic

The 28 dollars was from my summer driving job.Not sure why it came so late,or what exactly it was for,but it's like found money.

I can breathe again....thanks everyone
