I've clicked every day since my Mom was diagnosed in 2002. She's currently on the 5 year watch after completing treatment about a year ago.

Hi there
I thought this might be useful.

http://www.breastcancercare.org.uk/C...thbreastcancer

My friend, Bill, suffered from breast cancer and is campaiging for raised awareness that, although rare, men can also suffer from this disease.

If you look here you'll see Bill in all his moustachioed glory; he also moderates a chat room for peer support.

Hi! I am new to this message board and, having recently been diagnosed with breast cancer, happy to find this thread. Not quite sure its intent...to bring awareness of fundraising efforts? If so, the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer is taking place in cities throughout the US. If interested, log on to www.avonwalk.org to see if you can help out. Thanks!

Ladies - I was just diagnosed with BC about a month ago. I did not have any signs of cancer in March. Some of these cancers grow fast, fast fast. Make sure you check yourselves, I wasn't doing that. Now I'm looking at chemo starting this Thursday.

Hi - I'm also bipolar, recovering alcoholic, looking at starting chemo for breast cancer this Thursday. My family is pretty good, but I've been sober awhile. Are you newly sober flap? It can take families a while to cope with that, coping with that and b.c. is awful....
