I did it!! I started in February with the goal of getting to back to 140 pounds,and as of today I am THERE!!! One small change at a time.I am feeling so much better.I can run and play tag with the kids and don't get winded.I have energy and can even enjoy trying on new clothes.I gave away everything that got too big,because my weight is never going to get out of control again.I am happy with the healthy lifestyle changes I have made..and it feels fantastic!

Hmmmm...a new bike....maybe a Superglide or a Softail

You are inspiring me. My goal is xmas and I am half way there. I was just talking to my SO about this yesterday - I can do this. It is a life style change for me, not a diet and I too being half way there am way more healty and feeling better.

I am proud of you Phoenix.

I've got a ways to go myself but progressing... at 30 pounds gone so far l*grabbing fat rolls* .. I'll get there!
