Fantastic Karen! You are doing so well! We are all really proud of you. How are you feeling now? Are you starting to feel a whole heap better? Dear Helz, Yes I do feel so much better. Maybe better than EVER!! I am so proud of you for your 10 days! Now you have proven to yourself that you really can do it - just one day at a time. I will be watching for your post at your 30 day mark and will gorge on chocolate "in your honor" of course. I'm not looking too far ahead for myself - just the day I'm living - and reminding myself that each day is a reason to celebrate. Keep me posted girl! |

I'm so glad you feel heaps better Karen, that is even more incentive for me to keep on going, knowing that even better times are yet to come. 30 days is such a fantastic milestone, when I get there I will definitely let you know and we can have our chocolate celebration! Helz, One more thing I want to tell you. It seems like every week that passes, it gets a little easier and you won't think about it as much. When you do think about it - its a bit easier to accept the feelings and move on to somthing else. So...... it really does get better and better and easier. God is good!! |
