| Bad Bad Day

~Lady~ I am so sorry you are having a bad day..grab a hol of my hand again, my friend and hold as tight as you have to! We'll get through this together, okay? I write a lot of dark poetry when I am really depressed..it helps in a weird way, kind of purges my soulf of all the negative inside it.. I so understand the fear and sadness and tears...it truly feels as if it will swallow us whole and destroy us,.. What other hobbies do you enjoy Lady? Do you like to paint? or draw? Are there any crafts you enjoy? Maybe today you really need to have a good cry? It's okay, we're still holding your hand...we still care very much... Don't apologize for your pain, your pain is legitimate and needs to be recognized and gently nudged away... Is there anyhting in particular you are fearful about, or anxious of..or just the whole recovery process? You know the great thing I am learning about recovery? we only have to go at OUR pace, there is no one we need to live up to, we just have to walk forward slowly and take each others hand.... Take some slow deep breathes Lady and I am here when you need me....

dont ever apologize for feeling down...u didnt do anything..we all deserve a day to feel crappy...just if u stay that way when u should go out and seek professional help..but the life of a recovering addict is a roller coaster...its just something we learn to live with,,,i dont know how im gonna feel from one hour to the next,,somedays i worse then others...thatsd why we take hostages,...people can bring your spirits up..i hope things changed since you last wrote this post,,,if not feel free to unload, just privat message me...hang in there..Jackie

(((Lady))) Sending you warm kinship hugs...and angels on your shoulders. I know what the pain is like at times..it seems incapacitating..as if it may really kill us. I can truly share with you that we become more able to cope in time. For me..I needed to sort through everything piece by piece and seperate the pain. All of the pain from circumstances in our pasts is brought on by a present situation..we feel pain from years and years and at once..it is too much. I know that you write..please try to keep it up?? You will get this out and it will help you see and understand. Please remember that we are all allowed our feelings here, always..we share the ups, downs and in betweens. Im sorry you couldnt feel our sisterly strength today...I was holding on lightly in order to let you have freedom to spread your wings. I have not let go, sis. Do you remember making those chains out of construction paper that we used to hang on the christmas trees?? Red and Green? I still have one that my kids made years and years ago..and do you know that all of the links are still holding together?? We are like that...we will all hold together. What you are going through is very hard..please remember that you are worth taking care of..and do it. Do not feel guilty or bad for your feelings..that is one way to stuff...and I know I sure never want to do that again.
