{{{{LADY}}}} Good Morning!! Hope all is well with you. You are doing awesome you know!! Right proud of ya!!!!! I had a really nice trip, the mountains were stunning as usual, after 18 years in TX and dreaming of going to the mountains again, it was a true delight!!!! Mountains are so healing. Some bears had been to the park we had our picnic in, the Park guys were picking up all the trash after them. Keep hanging in there Lady, you will reach all your goals!!

Take a deep breathe, in through the nose.. out through the mouth.. Do this 5 times....... Okay, now think back when you used... What were the benefits? What did you really get out of it? What was the withdrawals like? Could you bear to go through that again? Okay, now think about your daughter..... I know how much you love her, I don't doubt for a minute that you love her dearly.... You know, I often tell myself when I am craving and angry and pissed off at recovery.... If my children ahev the opprtunity to see me really work through this recovery stuff they will know that people Do change, people do overcome addiction..... Mommy really is getting better... This craving will pass, Bubblze.. I know..I hated hearing This Too Shall Pass!!! Yeah i thought it will pass into something worse... and there went my snowballing right into a glacier sized worry of self-defeating thoughts... What are your dreams Bubblzes, What do you really want to do in life? What hobbies do you enjoy? Ya know..a journal would be good for you get out a notebook and write away... anything that comes to mind,, Don't worry about spelling, punctuation marks just write..... You can make it through this.. We're all here for you.

| Thankyou so much I will go swimming now while my daughter is at camp I will swim and wash all thoughts of useing away .I thankyou for being there so much 2 stop I will call when I get back home hugs and kisses much love to you and everyone you are true friends and it will get better I will get through thios with your help and mine.
