I am grateful I can get into the recovery sites

My email is lost somewhere in this cyber machine. It is frustrating to know something is here but hiding however it increases my gratitude to be able to connect with my fellow so journers on these sites

I am also grateful another member who relapsed called a little while ago and is back on track and has found another deeper level of willingness to get well.

i am grateful that my neighbors drove me to my first AA meeting tonight and introduced me to people.

i am grateful that i felt no fear in introducing myself to a woman after the meeting to find out about tomorrow night's meeting that she announced in tonight's meeting and that we are going together tomorrow night.

i am grateful that i can write really long sentences! lol

I am grateful for my first 30 days sober, for this forum, for enough health to be rebuilding my physical body without alcohol, and for everyone on this thread sharing their feelings of gratitude.

I am grateful that I have to try a lot harder to find things that I'm NOT happy about than to find those that I'm grateful for. I'm grateful to wake up ready to get on with my day most days. I'm grateful that I can confront most problems head-on without feeling guilty today. I'm grateful that when I don't know what to do, it doesn't bother me to admit it and ask for help. I'm grateful that I am a good mother.

I am grateful that I have much more patience with my daughter and have stopped yelling when she doesn't want to get dressed in the morning. I am grateful I am sleeping better. I am grateful that I am not constantly overwhelmed with guilt.

I am grateful for good traction on the car.
Left for a meeting before the snow plows did their thing..

I am grateful for a warm home to come back to

I am grateful the thought of giving up was not given a foothold when the computer froze and booted me out three times when I was posting on the sites
I am grateful for persistence

and if persistence means I am stubborn..I am grateful for that too
