PMS - NEED to vent!

OMG girls! This just stinks!!! I am being steamrolled by PMS this month! The last two days were a little anxious/nervy, but today, I am fit to be tied! I will not drink, but I would kill to be able to get out of my own skin for a couple hours. I have pre-cramps and a raging headache, husband is at work, kids need rides all over the place, and I just want to lay down in the dark and cry my eyes out...for no reason!! LOL! I have to laugh, or I may just cry after all! My husband won't be home until midnight, so I have a long way to go today (it's only 5:15 pm here - ugh!), so if you are of the mind, say a prayer for me!

Thanks for letting me vent! That made me feel better already.

Vitamin B6. It is a natural stress reliever. I can handle the pain but the jumping out of skin feeling makes my life horrible. It won't be immediate or anything and doesn't work for everyone but you can pick up a generic B6 for pretty cheap.

Some people like the B-complex. Straight B6 works for me.

Feel better soon, and vent away.

Oh Jomey - PMS can be so awful, and I'm sure we all can relate. I hope you will take some time after the kids have gone to bed and do something for yourself. Personally I would go with the bubble bath followed by some nice and cozy jammies. I hope you feel better soon, thats the one thing about PMS, it does go away. Thank goodness!

awe the wonderful things we woman endure ... NOT add a full moon and i feel like a scifri creature from the lastest horror movie. and then add Pre-menopausal on top of PMS look out who ever comes near me . there apt to loose a limb or worse a head . All this and being sober , makes me wonder sometimes . but its just something im learning to coop the best way i can with it . when it gets really bad , and i wanna rip my own head off , then its time for a time out on my own i jump in the truck an take a cruise , yell scream cry what ever im in the mood for doing at that very point in time , then return and soak in the tub or cry in the shower , just to let it all out , but the bubble bath does help , come here vent share with us were here and we as woman know what its like , tho dont yah just wish men could enude this for one day ? yah like that will ever happen they will be jumping off building's like flys . anyways hope your feeling lil better .. it will pass just like everything else just gotta grin and growl ... peace Endzy

Ah...PMS.

Shoot--probably had a touch of it today. I wanted everyone to p!ss off. It's always the danger zone...I'm more likely to relapse during this time. I know it's coming soon (the really bad part) and I'm trying to prepare myself. I just have to tell myself, "It's okay, it's only for a few days or so, and then IT'S OVER” (and then the bleeding starts and after that's over, I get to look forward to the next month...what a load of crap!).

12 weeks out of the year spent b!tch!ng and bleeding…and for what? I don't need this. I'm not planning on having any kids.

Hope you're feeling a little more rested by now - soon you can go to bed! I've learned not to push myself when I am hormonal - it's my body's signal for me to slow down. That's when I climb into the bath with a good book, and get wrapped in a robe after and drink a calming cup of herbal tea. Take time out for YOU!

Take Row's advice Jomey and spoil yourself a bit after you get the kids to bed. Sorry husband is working the late shift, of all nights. I'll say a prayer or two for you tonight.

Thanks everyone so much for your support! I feel a little better this morning - of course,no one is up yet except me and the animals! LOL I did not get to take a bath last night - by the time I got the kids to bed, I decided to lay down for "just one minute" before heading to the bathtub, and next thing I know, hubby is home and I had been fast asleep for a few hours!

Even tho I didnt' get the bubble bath, I took your advice Endzy -when I was in between drop offs and pick ups with the kids, I had Miranda Lambert's song "Gun Powder and Lead" playing really, really loud in my truck and singing right along..."He aint seen me crazy yet!" LOL

Thanks again everyone for being here for me. It's so hard to remember that this too shall pass when it's happening, but that is great advice too!

Love
Jomey
