I made it through another night
which is no small task with this darn cold
{for some reason summer colds are the worst}

hi lady good morning and way to go. That cold might of made you go out and use but you are hanging in that is true growth. For me if my hand fell a sleep two years ago I would use. I am glad to hear you are hanging in. On your worst day just come in here and post, post, post. It just might save your life and maybe someone elses too!!!!Have a great day

Oh I forgot, Congrats on Day 5, you aare really doing great, even though I'm sure it doesn't feel like it. You're doing something truly courageous. keep up the good work!!

hey lady glad to see that you are still hanging in there, the first couple of weeks are the hardest, as to both your body and your mind have to get used to the new you. just keep coming back and you will find that there is always someone here for you.
