Day 2

Hi Ladies,

I'm sorry but the depression is really bad today.......
Been crying since last night

I have never experienced withdrawals but am sure depression is one

Not to mention my divorce in February and the fact that my 20 year old daughter stayed with her father Very bad goings on with her

Thanks All, Lady

I hear what you are saying. I never knew what depression was until a couple of months ago..it is very scary and difficult to go through. I am sorry for what you are going through, and just wanted to tell you that you are not alone.

I know what you are going through with the withdrawals and depression, it is so hard, but cling to the fact that so many haavbeat this and live happy, fulfilled lives now..This is what i cling to. I know we usy think at first recovery is for everybody else..we don't count, but you DO count. Here.....take my hand,,we'll walk through the day together.

Lady...you just let those tears flow sweetie, it's a good release. Be easy on yourself, treat yourself like you would a good friend. This is what I am learning to do, it doesn't come easy, I know, but you're worth it hon.

Good Morning -

You got through day 1 and you can get through day 2. Just take it slow. Take the day just one hour at a time, don't think far ahead.

Grab a journal and write what you are feeling, don't think about it, just write, it will make you feel better. Can you get out for a walk, smell the fresh air.

You can do this, we all are doing the same thing, just trying to stay sober one day at a time.
