| I am so utterly disgusted....
...right now I am thinking of eating worms as an option. The attorney called...I dont have a case, no legal standing as a grandmother, zip. He said to save the files I have put together..that the kids do have a case..because of evidence of physical abuse that was overlooked, etc. He said they will have 2 years after the time that they turn 18 to file a lawsuit. So back to the debilitating realites....the judges, dhs workers, attorneys will do what ever they like with your lives. He said my attorney needed to appeal my right for intervention in the beginning....I did not even know this option existed. actually....im thinking that dynamite is an option also.........

I am disgusted right along with you!! We've got to find a way for you to speak to Congress on this matter, this crap happens way too much!!  What do ya say? We find a way to get you to talk to em?? You have excellent documentation, story published on the web...let's see what we can do. Today though you take care of yourself, I would come and pamper you if I could and hold you tight. I am so sorry for your pain, Sky.:kisshug:

I am so sorry Sky. Keep praying honey, the power of prayer is stronger than any law. I know that this must be a hard time for you right now, but don't give up in your heart!! I know you won't!! You and your family are in my prayers!

Oh Sky, I am very sorry you have to feel pain. I had a HUGE resentment at the legal system when I did my 4th step. My ex A mainpulated the system to get what he wanted...and they just sat there and applauded him for being SO cunning of all things. It was really sick. And $10,000 of legal fees, a custody arrangement ANYONE would laugh at, and very minmal child support, it was done DON'T GIVE UP!! If you have ALL of this documented...it is a matter of getting to the right people!!! Squeaky wheel gets the grease...that is for sure in the legal system. It just seems like forever!!!!! 2stop..thank you so much, that was so beautiful..i really needed that!!! Pauline and ann, that you so much for being here for me. This just causes me to fall apart like i never have before!! I just got back from meeting with the HR Lady at my work..I have resigned..effective 7/3/03..no more pay checks, insurance, and no more CRAP FROM THERE!!!! Gotta take the bad with the good i guess. If anyone sees a nice size bardboard box anywhere..or a big deep secluded hole, please let me know, im looking to move I will NEVER give up..even if i end up in a looney bin..or it consumes the rest of my life!!!!
