What negtive thought about ourseves or our lives will we seek to abolish today?? And what positive thought will we replace it with???

Mine for today will be.....
OLD THOUGHT: I am worthless because I can not work at this time.
NEW THOUGHT: I deserve the time it takes for me to get through this. Having problems does not make me worthless, it makes me stronger.

OLD THOUGHT: I can't handle anymore pain. I've had enough!
NEW THOUGHT: I have proven that I CAN handle incredible amounts of pain..so in the words of our president..BRING IT ON! I got what it takes to deal with it!

OLD THOUGHT - I don't deserve the gifts that I have been given in recovery
NEW THOUGHT - I deserve all that I have and more, and long as I stay clean and sober I will continue to receive more!!!

OK Sky...here goes.

Old thought: I can't handle all of these problems plus stay on the recovery path.

New thought: I can handle anything as long as God is on my side. He told us he'd never give us more than we could handle.
