Hi Butterfly - after being period free for 4 or 5 years, they came back when I was 3 months sober! YUCK!!!!

Fortunately I haven't had one in over 45 days. when they came back they were really heavy and really crampy! Plus for me I got horney for the first time in 15 years!!!!

Huge adjustment, but doing ok now.

Cuddle up with a heating pad, hot chocolate and a good book1

I'd like to know why as I'm approaching 4-0 I have to suffer more than I did at 18? Does that seem fair? I had the energy at 18 to suffer. I gave birth twice and suffered the required beating to my girlie parts, my boobs are dropping a centimeter a day, the crows feet are crowing, my azz is drooping in hopes of introducing itself to the backs of my knees and my period gets WORSE? Does this seem unfair to anyone but me? Have we not paid our dues already? What do men get? Thinning hair and droopy nuts. Big deal!
