Bitter Sweet

It is nuts! A small change can make a difference. Still the same, but asking more of ourselves. That is the key to change.

I've found I have to keep on doing the next right thing even though I can't see or feel the change. Only after some time has passed can I turn around and see how far I've come.

A whole lot of little things can become one pretty big thing - both positively and negatively. It's good to touch base with yourself from time to time to make sure what's changing is a good thing.
