| PLEASE - need help working Steps -
I need help. I have been around for "a while" but I need to start Working the Steps -- make that NEED TO. I am very very isolated during the winter, I don't drive --- I am in the midst of a MAJOR depression and extreme anxiety and F2F meetings are just out of the question for right now - til Spring --- My AH and I were separated for 3 yrs and are in the process of getting back together - (we were together 12 yrs before that) Is there anyone willing to help me work the Steps?? We have had a step study online from time to time. It used to be a part of the stickies. If we can't find it, perhaps it's time to start it again. Cats

Here is a good place to start. http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/aa-step-study/ I am by no means an expert, and definately do not have all the answers and there are days I seem to have no answers but I would be happy to share my experience, strength, and hope with you if you would like. Just pm me anytime. Judith
