| MISSYOUSO0167 | Good Morning Ladies, Yes I believe its going to be a good morning, it is so far, at least my thoughts are in a good place right now, Rowan gave me some good advice to try and Im going to try to start today, "to change one thing I normally do latley" I picked "reaching out to others at home" not on the internet, like the phone for instance I never answer it and when the kids do I tell them to say Im in the shower, walking the dog etc... and all my friends and family think Im fine because I hide my true feelings!!! I need to change that, their starting to catch on anyway, so its time to reach out. Let ya know how the day goes, Im really nervous.... |

That is wonderful advice!!!! When we change one little thing it is amazing how easy it is to change the next. One day/thing at a time

Yes, excellent advice. It is true that we tend to get overwhelmed and feel like we can't change things. But, if you change one small thing, it will have a ripple effect on the rest of your life.

Yes, today was a good day. I had a situation, prayed my way up to it, through it, and after, I caught a ten am meeting. I reached out to a newcomer, I am a walking BB to my coworkers, stay inside my own "hula hoop", and now it's over for me, this day. I just found this site, and am reading my way into your lives. Thank you for sharing, and allowing me to share with you all. I owe noone an apology for anything today, can write out my tenth and eleventh step answers with clarity. I had a great day, and tomorrow I have the day off! WAHOOOO Cilla |
