My deepest condolences to you...Prayers for comfort zinging your way.

When I started AA ...I lived in Wash. D.C.
The bad thing was most meetings were large, 50+
there was little contacts going on outside the hall.

Most members came just as the meeting started
left immediately at the end.
Never a chance to know one another.

Then I found a Newcomers Meeting and that made
a big difference. I also found a new meeting to
help support as they only had 10 or so regulars.

I am glad you plan on sticking with AA....it has been
a positive force in my life.
