Hi all,

It's been a long time since I've visited here. Nonetheless, I think of my past friends at SR from time to time, occasionally look in, and feel the connection of when I needed you all so much.

Life has been good, both peaceful and full of change at the same time. My biggest evolution over the past year has been making better friends with equanimity. Finding that I'm not as impacted by others or external events beyond my control. It's pretty amazing to find that even in the face of upset my bottom is so much higher.

Thanks to all. Love to past and newcomers.
