Circling the drain - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

Sometimes I wonder if those moments of circling the drain are really helpful or just prolonging the obvious outcome. If ya' go with the flow, you're down the tubes, but if you can find the strength, from somewhere, to fight physics and the centripetal forces that suck you down, maybe you can break free.

That's my random thought for the night.

I think if we set our minds and heart to it almost anything is possible and of course if it's what we want and need

Yes, reconnecting with a spiritual part of my life has helped me. It's not easy for me to have faith, but I do the best I can.

We can circle the drain..but for me..I'd rather circle the wagons...It is awesome to be a part of this wagon train. Family & friends help me to not go down the tubes.
