Feeling frustrated today.
Not liking my job.
Anxious. Like no matter what I do its never enough. Its like they treat me like Im an idiot.
Angry at H.
He started going to Alanon since we broke up. I told him that he could have the entire city for mtgs, but asked him to please not go to my home group.
I dont want to run into him at a mtg. I want to feel that it is safe to share; I want to be comfortable to be myself at a mtg.
Also, a lot of people know that we used to be together. So, when he talks about me/us, people know who hes talking about.
These are my connections at my alanon home group. I dont like him going there. Period. He is a jerk for going to my home group. He has his own home group. He would not like it if I started going to all of his AA mtgs, talking about us.
I need to meet more people. I need to get out. I lot of the time I really just dont want to. I am having him be the main person I lean on.
Breakups suck. Unfortunately, we have not fully cut the cord yet, and it is causing problems.

Hi Swanie,

Yeah, breakups suck. And, it's especially hard when they linger on. It probably is best for you, if you try to tie up the loose ends and begin to move forward.

I don't know what to say about the meetings and I hope you can work out something.
