|  Got my 30 day chip!
Today is day 33 for me. Last night I got my 1 month chip. People kindly clapped for me and gave me hugs and handshakes. It was so nice! There were two ladies at the meeting who were celebrating 17 years and 29 years of sobriety. Wow! One thing that stuck with me is that one of them said that even though they have been sober for so long, it's still one day at a time just as it is for newcomers. |
