I have found that I can experience courage, faith, and fear at the same time. For example the first A.A. meeting I went to; I had to have the courage to even walk in the door, the faith that it would be worth facing the fear I was having, and recognize that I was terrified. Fortunately, the faith and courage were more powerful than the fear.

Thank God, that courage is willing to keep on going even though we can not see what is ahead.

Thank God, for the faith to follow where courage leads.

Thank God, for the fear that motivates us to find answers like faith and courage.
